Six bodies have been recovered from the disused mine in South Africa, where hundreds of people are believed to still be underground. Police have been trying for weeks to draw them out as part of a crackdown on illegal mining. They initially cut off food and water supply. Authorities say many of the miners are refusing to come to the surface in Stilfontein, where they face arrest.
