Israeli forces have killed at least 31 Palestinians gathering to collect food near an aid distribution site in southern Gaza.
The hub is operated by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, a controversial organisation backed by the US and Israel.
There's also been an attack at another GHF site in central Gaza, killing at least one person.
Tom Potoka, a consultant plastic surgeon at Nassar Hospital in the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis, has described to Al Jazeera the chaotic aftermath of the Israeli attack on a food distribution site in Rafah.
