Deon De Groot, 26, has been banned form Cambridgeshire for three months after he stole 325 Cadbury Creme Eggs from a petrol station in Dogsthorpe, Peterborough.

De Groot was found with £220.50 worth of the eggs stuffed into his jacket and a duffel bag. He appeared at Peterborough magistrates court on Tuesday, where he was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for a year
