Outdoor cooking with fire ๐ฅ Juicy stuffed beef rolls filled with bacon, cheese, and herbs, cooked in butter over an open flame โ finished with rustic garlic bread in the pan juices.
In this video, I prepare stuffed beef rolls outdoors using only fire, cast-iron pans, and simple ingredients. The recipe starts with trimming a fresh beef fillet, slicing and tenderizing it, then filling the thin layers with bacon, cheese, sausage, and zucchini before rolling and tying them with twine.
The rolls are cooked in a pan over a wood-fired grill, basted in butter, garlic, and herbs until perfectly browned. To finish the meal, I make crispy garlic bread soaked in the flavorful pan juices.
