Thousands of people have taken part in the annual march for women's rights in Buenos Aires.
Organisers say this year the march is even more significant.
Since taking office President Javier Milei has walked back government institutions designed to protect against gender-based violence.
He now plans to remove the crime of femicide from the penal code.
