Haiti’s healthcare crisis deepens as hospitals close amid violence

1 דקות קריאה

Haiti is suffering from a severe healthcare crisis as violent armed groups take control of nearly 90% of Port-au-Prince. Amid the violence, the country’s medical facilities are facing closures, and the few remaining hospitals struggle to cope with the rising demand for care. With limited resources and growing insecurity, healthcare workers are forced to operate under constant threat.

Al Jazeera’s John Holman reports from Port-au-Prince.
