Iran has launched retaliatory missiles at Israel. Projectiles were seen flying across Tel Aviv’s night sky and at least one evaded Israel’s air defence system to strike the ground.

The Israeli military said its defence systems were operating to intercept ‘the threat’ and that the public had been instructed to ‘enter a protected space and remain there until further notice’. Iran’s Revolutionary Guards said that they carried out attacks against dozens of targets in the country. The response from Iran comes after Israeli strikes hit more than 100 targets in Iran, including nuclear facilities
