The rehearsals in Basel have begun and we're speaking to three acts who performed on stage on day one of the Contest!
First up, it's Icelandic duo Vรฆb who are opening the whole event with their ocean-inspired anthem RรA. Brothers Matthรญas and Hรกlfdรกn talk about their rehearsals, whale watching, and their fame in Iceland.
Next, itโs Justyna Steczkowska, representing Poland with the epic GAJA. Justyna is returning to the Eurovision Song Contest after first performing 30 years agoโฆ in 1995!
Steve also talks to singer Guilherme & drummer Joรฃo from Portugal's NAPA. They discuss the message behind their beautiful entry, Deslocado and the love of their home island, Madeira and its legendary drink Poncha.
